By purchasing any product under the Daisyscub Diwali Mega Sale, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Shipping & Delivery

• Diwali Sale products only: delivery within 7 working days.
• Regular products (India): delivery within 13 working days.
• Regular products (International): delivery within 15–18 working days.
• Combined orders (Diwali Sale + Regular products): the entire order follows the regular timeline of 13 working days within India.

The 7-working-day timeline applies strictly to Diwali Sale products and does not apply to combined orders.

2. Limited Stock – No Restocks
All Diwali Sale products are available in strictly limited quantities. Once sold out, an item will not be restocked. Availability is subject to stock at the time of order processing.

3. Sold-Out or Damaged Products
If an ordered product becomes unavailable or is found damaged before dispatch, the customer must choose an alternative product of equal value from the options provided by Daisyscub. Cancellations and refunds are not permitted in such cases.

4. No Size Exchange
Size exchanges are not permitted for Diwali Sale products. Please select your size carefully.

5. Product Images & Colours
Product photographs are taken in natural daylight to represent the products as accurately as possible. Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

6. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order under the Daisyscub Diwali Mega Sale, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all of the above terms and conditions.
